West Indies batted first and delivered a stunning performance at Brady Stadium on Sunday. They scored 256 runs, their second-highest total ever in a T20 international. It rained sixes all over the ground in fact, 20 sixes were hit in their innings. Some sixes even landed in trees and the balls were lost!
Surprisingly, West Indies started slowly, scoring just 11 runs in the first two overs. But things changed quickly.

But after Tector got out for 38 in the 11th over, the Irish batting completely collapsed. They lost 3 wickets for just 2 runs, and their run chase fell apart. In the end, Ireland couldn’t keep up with the required run rate and lost the match by 62 runs.
