Those who watched the match between Punjab Kings and Chennai Super Kings can definitely consider themselves lucky. After all, it’s not every day that both innings in a T20 game cross the 200-run mark! Interestingly, in both of yesterday’s IPL matches, all four innings went past 200. It was undoubtedly a thrilling and entertaining day for cricket fans.
However, Priyansh Arya’s stunning innings for Punjab Kings truly stood out. He smashed a century in just 39 balls, registering the fourth-fastest hundred in IPL history. His explosive knock shattered multiple records, while also helping Punjab Kings create a historic team total. Key contributions from Shashank Singh and Marco Jansen further fueled this remarkable performance.
