Bangladesh Fans Face Trouble Buying Tickets Online

Online ticket sales for the big football match between Bangladesh and Singapore started at 8 PM on Saturday. The match is an important Asian Cup qualifier, and fans were excited because it would be the first home game for two popular players, Hamza and Shamit.

Naturally, there was a lot of demand for tickets. Thousands of fans tried to log in to the ticket website, Tickify (https://tickify.live), to book their seats. But just minutes after the ticket sales opened, many fans faced serious problems.

Website Glitches Frustrate Fans

In Bangladesh The biggest issue was that most fans could not even log in. Some who managed to log in got stuck midway while buying the tickets. Others received an error message that said: “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable.”

This message means that the server was overloaded or not working properly. Fans who waited eagerly to watch the match were left disappointed and confused.

Soon after the problems began, the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) released a statement. In the press release, BFF apologized for the trouble and said they believed the ticket website had been hit by a cyber attack.

The BFF said they are working hard to solve the issue and will give an update on ticket sales very soon. They asked for patience from fans and promised that they are looking into the matter seriously.

Cyber Group Claims Black Market Scam

A group called Cyber 71, which works on digital safety issues, also made a strong statement. They believe an unknown dishonest group took control of the Tickify server to steal tickets and sell them on the black market.

Cyber 71 explained their reasoning. They said that the server is supposed to handle up to 400,000 users at once, but only around 10,000 people tried to access it after 8 PM. Still, 17,000 tickets were shown as sold, which didn’t add up.

They discovered that 21,700 tickets were available on the server. But even though fewer than 10,000 real users accessed the site, about 17,000 tickets were already gone. This suggests that nearly 8,000 tickets might have been sold by bots or black market sellers who hacked into the system.

Final Thoughts

This situation has left thousands of fans angry and upset. Many were looking forward to seeing Hamza and Shamit play in Bangladesh for the first time. But instead, they’re stuck in ticketing chaos.

The BFF now has the big task of fixing the issue, ensuring fair ticket sales, and preventing such problems in the future. Fans are hoping for a quick solution, so they can enjoy the game they’ve been waiting for.
